Our 5 guest rooms are located on the first floor level of the Hotel. Two queen size balcony rooms offer superb views of Lyttelton harbour and glorious sunrises. We have a further two queen size hillside rooms and one twin room (Bunk Style)

The common balcony can be shared by all in-house guests and is great for an afternoon G & T or an early morning cuppa.

Please note, all of our rooms are clean, contemporary and very comfortable, however, none are ensuited. Our guests use shared toilet and shower facilities. All rooms have a basin and vanity and a small television. There are no cooking facilities in the rooms and our guests are encouraged to utilize our dining facilities.

Overnight accommodation starts from $100.00 per couple per room in our high season and currently we are offering an overnight summer escape package for $200.00 per couple. This includes overnight accommodation, dinner, and full cooked breakfast for two.

Due to the easy balcony access and stairs, our accommodation is not ideally suited to the disabled or for children under the age of 12. There are a number of cottages and Bed and Breakfast options also in the Bay and we are happy to recommend these should our accommodation not suit you.
